Hey, I’m Taylor, a product designer based in Atlanta.

I’m currently working on improving collaboration and decision-making for airline operations teams (opens in a new tab). It’s a challenging domain to bring in anything new so a lot of intentional details never make it out of the hangar.

Prior to digital design, I spent almost a decade obsessing over the details of aircraft interior design, particularly the mood lighting and how it affects the passenger experience through its interaction with architectural surfaces and spaces.

I’ve worked with some of the biggest and boldest: ANA, Emirates, Delta, Lufthansa airlines to improve experiences for both passengers and the people behind the scenes making it possible to fly.
